The Royal Cambridge Hotel is situated 400 metres from London Paddington Station and 600 metres from Lancaster Gate Underground Station. Guests access the West End, Hyde Park, and Oxford Street via the Central line from Lancaster Gate. The hotel offers an airport shuttle service and street parking for £20 per day.

The hotel occupies two Victorian townhouses that underwent a full refurbishment in 2014 to a high architectural design. Each of the 39 rooms includes a private en-suite shower room with a heated towel rail and a Monsoon shower.
